Construction of new reinforced concrete retaining wall and walkway on PC piled foundations along shoreline associated with development of new townhouses and apartments adjacent the harbour. Retaining wall faced with masonry cladding. Cast Iron handrailing and bollards; Lifebelts and miscellaneous quayside furniture.
