Scope of the Works:
Works Comprised: - Demolition of existing heavily-reinforced concrete deck slab
- Excavation for and construction of Reinforced Concrete Anchor Beam
- Installation of Tie Bars and Walings on new sheet pile wall (installed by McLaughlin & Harvey).
- Backfilling of new Quay wall with pulverised concrete demolished from the existing Pier.
- Installation of services and preparation for construction of new RC deck slab.
- Construction of new Core Loc Armoured breakwater on seaward face of South Pier.
