The Ashleigh 1 Barge is Registered in the UK and comprises a modular pontoon barge used as a crane barge or dredging barge for a variety of marine civil engineering works. The Barge comprises 8No 40' x 8' x 8' (CP4088) and 2No 20' x 8' x 8 (CP2088) Units which are individually road transportable. The Barge incorporates a hydraulic spudleg system with 12m or 18m long legs available. The CP4088 Units each weigh approx. 11.5T so require use of a mobile or crawler crane at quayside for setting into the water or removal from the water - but the Units can be floated into position alongside each other for connection.
